Eligibility for Refunds & Returns


We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

✔️ Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

✔️ Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Refundable Items


We do not accept refunds or returns for:

❌ Used or opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

❌ Digital products, eBooks, or training materials.

❌ Items purchased on sale or during promotions.


How to Request a Refund

1. Email sevicci.co@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

3. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.


📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


💳 Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items?


If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
