Sevicci Shipping Policy

 

At Sevicci, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

 


1. Processing Time


🕒 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays).

📦 Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


During peak periods, processing times may be extended.



2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days


Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.



3. Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over $75.

 


4. International Shipping (If applicable)


We currently do offer international shipping. If we do:

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.



5. Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sevicci is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sevicci.co@hotmail.com, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.



6. Lost or Delayed Packages


Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. Sevicci is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.


If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

2. Wait 24-48 hours, as couriers sometimes update tracking before delivery.

3. Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.


If your package is lost in transit, email us at sevicci.co@hotmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.



7. Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged, email sevicci.co@hotmail.com within 48 hours with:

✔️ Your order number

✔️ Photos of the damaged product and packaging


We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.



8. Order Tracking


You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to track your package in real time.
